I would give a zero rating if I could. These aides show up when they please or don't show up at all. I am left finding other means of care for my mother. There is a different aide every time too. This company is the absolute worst and completely useless.

This company is the worst of all of the companies we have had taking cae of my father. The aides sent from this company are untrained and have been completely negligent, put my father in life threatening situations - 2 aides in a 2 week span. When we called to file complaints both times we were told that they would handle in house and that we shouldn't worry. Filing complaints would cause us "problems".
Beware and definitely use another company. If this company is covering for these negligent aides and sending them on to other homes to be negligent with your loved ones

I contacted this home-care business and they answered the phone promptly. I was also very happy that they offered a free in-home RN Assessment so that they could customize the care plan for my loved one.
