Trillium hiring processes are designed to screen for qualified ...and compassionate caregivers. All Trillium caregivers go through an extensive screening and hiring process before they are considered for hire. This includes drug and tobacco screening, national criminal background check, driving record, sex offender regristry and more.

Trillium is committed to providing quality of care and promoting quality of life for their clients. Trillium invests in their quality of service above and beyond other home care providers. On the initial visit, Trillium RN or staff memeber introduces the caregiver to the family, helping for a smooth transisition of care. To maintain continuity of care, Trillium arranges for an established caregiver to act as a mentor to help newly assigned caregivers understand the client's household routine.
