RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION Rating would be ZERO Stars (if that was possible).
Hired their bi-weekly housekeeping services a year ago. Great over the initial two months until the experienced housekeeper was changed to a trainee.
Definitive DROP in quality of service with the replacement. Brought this to Carmen's (owner) attention who gave excuses, but the quality continued to DECLINE.
Requested several times over the past four months for Carmen to perform a SITE INSPECTION to see the low quality of work, but to date NOTHING. She states that she will come, but never calls back to schedule it.
Low quality coupled with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Wendy was wonderful. She was very thorough and competent. She was so kind and pleasant to be around. I thought the services were excellent, and the price was fair. I would recommend Total Care Housekeeping OKC to anyone.
