I would definitely recommend 'Top Quality Home Care' for all your home care services . I was the caretaker for my grant aunt, but because of work i was unable to tend to her every need , so this is where Ms. Cha-Kera Clarke came in .
A friend of mine recommended this home care service and i decided to give it a try and i must say that i'm very pleased . They're very respectful and liable and takes they're time to ensure that the communication between each party are very clear and thorough. The lady assigned to my aunt ( Marge) is a very nice lady with a sweet soul. She takes very good care of my aunt as if she were her own , I Gave a 5/5 because she's very patient. My aunt has alzheimer's and is very difficult to deal with at times . But, they've created a bond, and i must say that seeing my aunt this happy puts a smile on my face each day.

Two years ago my family and I were on the search to find that perfect caregiver for my grandmother. Grandma failed to accept that she needed help as she was always so independent, it was a very hard task to get anyone to assist. I remember we had three caregivers right before we found top Quality and Grandma was not pleased. This Company was then recommended by a close friend of the family and we decided to give it a try. I must say my grandma had Cancer and passed away but Shawna (the caregiver that was assigned) became family and we still keep in touch. She took great care of grandma and Cha-kera was absolutely amazing during the process. Thank you.

I've been using Top Quality home care services for 3 years and I would definitely recommend their services. My dad 77yrs old at the time was diagnosed with dementia and the staff assigned to him was very professional and loving. My dad was definitely in the best care we could ask for and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms.Cha-Kera and her wonderful staff at Top Quality Home Care for the love, time and attention they provided to my father.

I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with Julia. We could not have asked for a better health aide for our parents. She is professional, friendly, kind, flexible, responsible and she went above and beyond in her work. Thank you so much for sending over such a gem. As the name suggests "Top Quality" and that's the service that was provided for my 70 year old mother. My mother suffers from slight dementia, the care taker was so patient and careful not to mention reliable she went above and beyond for caring for my mother. For the six months the caretaker was in my employ I've never experienced such deli-gent and thoughtful care from a caretaker I highly recommend for anyone who is interested in a caregiver!.
