I couldn't be more disappointed with what they did to my puppy. Once they started work, I got a call, saying his hair on his ears were a bit matted, so they need to go shorter than we originally planned. Their solution: to practically shave his ears down to nothing. Upon further investigation, I clearly see that any decent groomer could have kept his hair a bit longer to avoid the absolute distress and discomfort they sent him home in. The puppy has been shaking his head from the moment we picked him up. This is clearly a lack of skill. They have no idea what they are doing. Furthermore, when I dropped my puppy off, we agreed on a 50% cut off his body. Especially considering the winter months, leaving some fur is important. He had about a 90% cut, Leaving him without any fur to insulate his little body. They are absolutely atrocious. I will never step foot in that facility again, and neither should you!
