I used TLC to care for my 3 senior cats while I was on vacation. They sent daily updates and pictures so I knew that my guys were doing well. I appreciate their care and information about my furry family while I was gone.

Prices are on the high side. Have had a couple of bad experiences with the sitter and inconsistencies with the office - rates change with no explanation, have to pay to get my own key back in the end,

Patty we are sorry you had a bad experience with your sitter. Our rates change based on the type of service and the number of pets. You paid to have the sitter in person drop off the key to you personal. We have to pay our sitters for any type of service they provide. Again, we are sorry for your bad experience. We have new sitters if you would like to try our service again?
