I'm writing this review with a mix of appreciation and disappointment. I want to commend the punctuality and friendliness of the cleaning team. They were truly a delight to interact with. However, the quality of the cleaning service provided fell short of my expectations.

Unfortunately, the team came without the necessary tools for an efficient cleaning process. This included basic items like a vacuum cleaner and a duster. They also used an inexpensive cleaning product and left after only two hours without walking through the cleaned areas for my approval. The service was far from comprehensive for basic cleaning as most areas (almost half) of my house remained untouched. These included my home office, the second floor guest bathroom and bedroom, and the casita. The laundry room, kitchen countertops, dining and living room tables, and mirrors and faucets in all bathrooms were also missed. They only seemed to vacuum the primary bedroom and mop a portion of the first and second floors.

This review isn't meant to criticize the two cleaners who attended my home. They seemed overwhelmed by the task at hand, and it appeared they were doing their best given the circumstances. The lack of proper equipment and resources seemed to be the main issue.

I appreciate your openness to feedback and your commitment to improving your services. However, I would have appreciated more effort on your part to rectify the situation. I hope this feedback will help your team improve and deliver the high-quality service I believe you are capable of.
