I worked as a Home Manager and this place is a joke. The mother is the owner and the daughter is the client. High staff turn over. No paid time off. Late with payroll due to misuse of agency funds and no paid training. Too much gossiping with owner and client about the employees. Client will ask questions to take back to the owner. Good or Bad. Mainly bad. Pay was $12.00 an hour for House manager and $9 to $10 and for direct care staff.
