I have used the Welcome Waggin and Dr. Lisa McIntyre for the past five years and cannot say enough good things about their services. Dr. McIntyre has provided everything from annual check-ups to blood work up, tests and more serious treatments for my dog Colby. She and her staff are so knowledgeable, compassionate and treat your pet in a way that you can tell they genuinely care about them. They have been readily available, easy to access and we love the convenience of them coming to our home. My only regret is not finding out about this wonderful group of people sooner,

I can't imagine trusting my fur baby to anyone else. Dr Lisa and Dr Laurie are always attentive, on time, listen, and treat my dog as if she were there own. All this in the privacy of your own home. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Mcintyre, Dr. Safford and Sarah are absolutley wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My kitten was so sick and I thought I was going to have to put him down. He had 105 fever, was vomiting and didn't move for 24 hours. Dr. Mcintyre came over first thing the morning he got sick and gave him fluids, supportive meds and ran blood work. Dr. Mcintyre, Dr. Safford and Sarah were available to answer all my questions and Dr. Mcintyre came back two days later to check on my kitty. She was able to get his fever down and he is back to normal. I'm so greatful to The Welcome Waggin. Dr. Mcintyre is the best!

My family has used Dr. McIntyre in the past. She has taken care of our two labs, occasionally, over the course of their lives. We generally have had good experiences with her. However, these past few weeks have really shown us what kind of business they are running. Our 13-year old female lab was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma a month ago. But, within the last two weeks she had several small internal bleeds. Dr. McIntyre was aware that we would be contacting her once we decided to make that hard decision of letting her go. According to Sarah, Dr. McIntyre's assistant, we were to text (not call) them for end of life services and they would contact us within minutes; since they don't always get to their voicemails right away. However, it mentions on their voicemail recording that clients needing those services should text OR leave a voicemail. So, we decided after a third internal bleed that it was time. We did what we were told to do and texted Dr. McIntyre...minutes passed, hours passed....NO text back. After not hearing anything within a few minutes of our first text, we decided to call. Over the course of the next few hours we texted and called with absolutely NO RESPONSE! It wasn't until late that night that we received a text from Sarah indicating that she had been dealing with a migraine that day that left her with no vision in her left eye. She also mentioned that Dr. McIntyre wouldn't have been able to come anyway. Despite the complications that Sarah was experiencing that day, there was no excuse for the operations of the entire business to be put on hold. In any other type of business, this type of behavior would be completely unacceptable. The responsibilities that Sarah couldn't fulfill should have been taken on by Dr. McIntyre. There is a severe lack of professionalism and compassion when you leave loyal clients completely high and dry. The LEAST they could have done was inform us within a timely manner that Dr. McIntyre was unavailable that day. Instead, we waited hours for a response we never got and were forced to bring our dying dog to an unfamiliar office and a veterinarian she had never seen. So now it's done and we will NEVER use or recommend this business again!
