The owner is wonderful with my cranky, elderly cat. She talks to him through the whole grooming process, and has a very good blend of not getting intimidated by growling cats, and she is very sensitive to the kitty's stress level. My cat loves coming home with his lion cut. I have gone to Jeanine for 5 years and I am never disappointed. Echo Gwynn
