Our job is to provide you with comprehensive andthorough evaluation with treatments tailored to improve your abilities. <br/> <br/>Trained Staff Providing Personal Care Services in the Home. <br/> <br/>The Staff <br/>Personal care attendants are an integral part of the health care delivery system. In fact, oftentimes personal care attendants make the most home visits of any member of the Home Health or Hospice team. <br/>An employee of The Providers Personal Care Agency completes a stringent application process, extensive background check state and federal, are certified in CPR and First Aid, as well as bonded and insured. <br/>Employees must complete a minimum 8 hours of initial training before providing care in addition to demonstrating competency. <br/>Personal care attendants complete a minimum 8 hours of training annually. All employees are trained in Elder Abuse Prevention and are mandated reporters. <br/>Employees are supervised by the agency. The agency conducts frequent in-home supervisory visits to ensure quality.
