The Pointy Pencil is a locally-owned business in Oviedo, FL. We are owned and operated by CERTIFIED TEACHERS in Seminole County (not a franchise). We had the vision of being able to reach each child individually, at their level, and helping them succeedin their academics and unfortunately, it was a struggle to achieve that in the classroom. We, as passionate educators, have found a solution! We offer students ages 4-18 (grades K-12) 1-on-1 tutoring in Reading, Writing, Phonics, Vocabulary, Mathematics, SAT/ACT prep, FSA prep and study skills.
