Unreliable, unprofessional. Cancels appointments and won't call you back to reschedule. This is the second mobile groomer I have this issue with. I don't know how they stay in business. I won't use a mobile groomer ever again!

UNRELIABLE! Rescheduled appt twice, showed up 1 hour early, but didn't call first and I wasn't home, didn't want to wait for me to be home by our appt time, so they rescheduled for the next day, then they didn't show up at all, and didn't call, and didn't return my calls.
