At the Meticulous Maid and Janitorial Services, we service residential and commercial accounts. Personalized customer service, professionalism, in-home estimates, competitive pricing and a clean home or office are our essential ingredients. We have twoseparate types of cleans; one is a general clean and the other we call the meticulous clean. I started this business when my children were small, because there was no one I felt that could clean my home with the service I needed. It was easy for me to find very ambitious people wanting to help others, goal oriented, to clean and feel as though we had accomplished a great task. I personally live by this motto to be a giver and I try to make sure to higher these types of people. You will have the same individual maid each time, unless she is sick, or a family emergency. I train them the same. But as a precautionary measure I make sure that jobs are checked each time. I always encourage feedback, if we miss something, let us come and fix it that day. We are human, but I can promise you we won't ever miss it again. Being meticulous, I teach the girls that when I walk in I am the customer, I will nit pick and fix all that they might have missed. I explain to them that they have done all the hard work of scrubbing the mold, soap scum, etc. assuming it's a hard job, but I come in an hour before they have hit the floors and I see smears and a missed coffee stain or an entire table. Now they might have gotten all of the above. But it is best that when we walk out the door, I know that The Meticulous Maid has been there and we didn't leave cleaners, we put all garbage in your cans we get everything we could possibly see as a team. I don't bid over the phone, we can talk about your needs and see if we are a good fit, but I have learned that everyone lives very differently- if you have no pets, children, or have carpet instead of wood floors, yet you want me to bid your home as if I bid your neighbors who have the same home with kids and pets? There is no apples to apples; I just know it's best that you will get a better estimate. You can show me what to not touch, what rooms are so important, what you like about having a maid, perhaps what you didn't like about having maids in the past.
