This was the most unprofessional and disgraceful cleaning experience I have ever had. They came to my home for a post construction cleaning completely unprepared. I literally had to walk around and point out dirt and debris in rooms that they deemed as clean.
They quoted me a price for the cleaning. Did less than 25% of the entire job within a 2 hour window and sent an invoice for the full amount.

The overall cleaning missed many areas that are considered baseline for a cleaning service (dust window sills, wipe down backsplashed and microwave, toilet, floors.) After cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen myself, which is the whole reason I hired this out, I would NOT recommend. After bringing up these missed areas to the office team, they cancelled my next appointment and I was informed that I had been removed from the client list. Not an experience I would wish on anyone.
