Val and her team never cease to amaze me. As a real estate professional, I've had many opportunities to refer them to clients and I really like to refer them because it makes me look great for referring a company with integrity, skill and the ability to dazzle time & time again. I've also had a few last minute move-out cleanings that they were able to accommodate on short notice and really save the day. I highly recommend Jill of Spades for all of your cleaning jobs large or small or any other random tasks you wouldn't know who to call for help with.

I've used this service for 3 years and referred a half a dozen friends, neighbors & family to Jill of Spades and will continue to because they are the best cleaners I've ever had. They consistently go above and beyond, are extremely trustworthy and reliable and will do the "extra" things like laundry and/or watering plants, for example. They offer such flexibility with method of payment and have come to the rescue last minute as well as on holidays! I can't say enough good things about these folks and those whom I referred, who are now clients, couldn't agree more!! Xoxo

Given more then enough chances. I wanted to keep giving chances, but finally I got smart. Found interesting camera footage of staff watching TV programs while on the clock while we where overseas. Unable to complete 1 load of laundry in 4hrs or accomplish cleaning 1,400sf. Out of the 12 times we had then clean they accomplished everything 2. I was always given excuses not solutions to why the work wasn't able to be accomplished. After setting 2 spy cameras up, I now know why. Simply unbelievable it took being gone on vacation for me to figure it all out. Last cleaning was in cash and I'm sorry it was as I would disputed the charge else wise.

Aside from the amazing knowledge Valentina has pretty much almost any subject her ability to work long hours on some of the tests that I have given her amaze me that she can get them done but she does if you would like a hard-working intelligent young lady handling your chores to be done and done right Jill of Spades is who you should call Valentina and her team are amazing.
