When we moved to the area we were concerned about finding a new day care facility for our 2 dogs. One in particular is fairly challenging simply because not only is she deaf, but she can display some minor behavioral issues. I was so relieved to learn that not only was i able to take a tour of the facility, but the tour was lead 1 on 1 by the owner of the company. I expressed my concerns and he was very understanding. Bessie and Halpert are now regulars at The Dog House and it is obvious that they are loved and cared for each and every time they visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a day care/boarding facility in the area! Although there is a pretty long wait list, it is without a doubt worth it!

We have been sending our dog to The Dog House for over 5 years and it is her favorite place to go! She spends one day a week there and boarding her is always an easy choice. She comes back tired and happy, the best kind of dog!

Beth, Jim, and all the staff have always been so kind. They remember your name, as well as your dog's name. I always know she is in good, caring hands when I have to leave her. Only place in Bloomington I recommend to people!

Jim and Beth provide an OUTSTANDING service in this community!! We reserached local options and have never once regretted our decision to bring our doggy to The Dog House. They go to great lengths to provide a safe and caring environment for our doggie, and our dog is so much happier! All the staff take their jobs very seriously, and are wonderful with our pets. We take advantage of their daily doggie daycare, which provides our dog with an opportunity to play with other dogs in a supervised environment, but also, the cage free boarding is wonderful as well. In both cases, our dog comes home happy, suitably exercised and healthy!

We have been so impressed at the level of care that The Dog House provides!!! Every member of their staff is truly outstanding, and I would VERY highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality dog care. They are simply the best!!

This place is absolutely AWESOME! It is a Cage free environment and my dog loves going to daycare. You know when you leave your pet there that they are safe and will enjoy their time at The Dog House. The staff is so caring and great with all the clients and their fur babies. If you ever use their services you will be extremely satisfied.
