Don't believe the glowing reviews you read about how perfect the Dirt Squad is. The owner/manager does not keep commitments or return calls. My first appointment was cancelled when an earlier appt on the same day cancelled on them and they couldn't fill the time gap so my appointment became the casualty. The second appt was never confirmed after I called several times to obtain confirmation. Finally they call at 8 am 2 days before Christmas to say they will arrive at 10:30 that morning!!! This company has no consideration for the client or the clients' schedule. Unless you thrive on unreliability suggest you look for a different & more reliable company.

Hi Lynne, thank you so much for your review. As you know, we tried rescheduling our estimate with you several times with you because you were sick, and making a special cleaning appointment work for you since you were not available for an in person estimate. Even the business owner agreed to come to your house on the day of a "blind" service to make sure all went well. We sent crews to your house, not only once but twice - and neither time seemed to work for you. We did not charge you for anything. I really hope you find someone that is even more flexible and can better meet your needs. We will take the one star review into consideration due to the difficulty with communication. Thanks!
