They have been cleaning my house for about 4 years. My regular cleaning team of Dina and Neiblis is .

First off, I never EVER leave 1 star reviews, but if I could give this company 0 stars i would. I started using them in December of last year so I could have more time to spend with my baby girl. Matt Canonica, the owner, came over to do my estimate and seemed so nice. I was really excited to use them. A few months after using them, the maids scratched my tub and shower door. I was upset by it and their excuse of not using anything that could possibly scratch it ( according to Becky, who I believe is the manager). However, I received a full refund for my cleaning and kept them. After that, they scratched my stove. I called them SAME day and got the SAME excuse. Becky told me she'd call me back 2 days later. Never called. I called back. Once again, empty promises of calling back. I ended up talking to Carla. She was so sweet and asked what I wanted and said they had a repair guy they could send out and they wanted to keep me as a customer. After I came back from vacation and let them know I was in town, Becky left me a lovely voicemail saying we should part ways. They came over and messed up my house and pretty much gave me the finger. Terrible customer service. Matt and Becky don't care about keeping their customers. They'd rather lose them then fix problems like grown ups. Thank you Carla for being so nice. I'll never use them again or any other cleaning service.
