I hired them numerous time through the Amenify app however every time but one did they fail to do the cleaning completely, commonly forgetting dishes, wiping down counter tops, bathroom counter, cleaning the floor. I was beyond frustrated.

I am now getting harassing texts from the company. It appears they are attempting to bully me into removing my one-star review claiming online harassment however they are the ones doing the harassing. I am not sure what kind of thugs they hire but I will not be using this cleaning company or Amenify that uses this cleaning company in the future.

They constantly forget about scheduled cleanings even though they had our iCalendar links. They claimed they checked their schedule 3 times a day but I had to constantly let them know.

They did very bad jobs cleaning my properties. I constantly got complaints about fans and air vents being dirty(which they should have cleaned periodically like ANY cleaning service should). They consistently forgot to put the trash bins out front and I had to pay out of pocket to have someone go and take out the trash from the bins because they would be overloaded since they weren't picked up.

One time I even let them know about a cleaning the day before and they said they scheduled it for the next day and nobody showed up.

I didn't agree with my last bill because I lost over $2000 in revenue because of cancellations and complaints from guests. I've had listings suspended for 5 days on Airbnb because this company did not do a good job cleaning. I told them that they should eat some of the loss with me because it wasn't my fault that I had to lose out on bookings and revenue because of their mistakes. By the way, these mistakes were over 10 times over the span of 3 months.

They will not provide pictures in a timely manner for all their cleanings even though Alejandro(the manager) promised me he could provide this service for every cleaning so we had proof that the homes were cleaned.

I know people make mistakes so I tried to work with them on multiple occasions but every time I asked for them to have a manager call me they would not, but recently when they wanted payment for the last bill, the manager called me over 10 times in one day. Ironic how he's so available all of a sudden once they need payment but nowhere to be found when I needed to find a solution with their cleaning services and operations.

Also, they threatened to put a lien on my landlord's houses, report me to Austin STR code department, and file a theft of service because we could not come to agreement on the last bill. They also stated they didn't have the ability to drop off the rest of my cleaning supplies in a timely manner because they didn't have the "time" for it yet they had no problem scheduling cleaners for my house at any last minute notice because of their screw ups.

Honestly the worst company I've ever hired. They are absolutely horrible at their job, barely cleaned anything, were cleaning with filthy tools and water, literally had to spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Easily the worst cleaning service in the state of Texas, honestly hire anyone but this company. This biggest waste of money and the worst employees and customer service imaginable. DO NOT HIRE
