Taylor Companion Care primary mission is to provide comprehensive, safe and high quality home care treatment and services to seniors, frail or disabled individuals of Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, Washington County, Ozaukee County, and Phoenix Arizona. Home care is the professional and paraprofessionals provide care, treatment and services to the patient in their home setting under the direction of the patient's physician.
As an agency, we feel home treatment; and service willultimately improve the quality of life for the individuals who can benefit from our service. By receiving these services, a goal to reduce the over-use of long term care facilities, consequently enabling more effective and efficient use of the limited number of hospital beds available in this area.
