Do not bring your furbaby here. The management is horrible. 5lb Persian was cut twice on her tiny leg and needed stitching and sedation. I was called and only informed of 1 cut until I got there. charged for the groom after being told repeatedly by the groomer she would not charge me. They vet bill was argued about for so long I accepted a pituful payment of 120 out of over 300. She hung up on me and then the groomer called back. So unprofessional and my cat had to be boarded because I was going out of town and had no way of getting her stitches removed. Absolutely a nightmare. Zero stars is more accurate.

Made a first time appointment and was told shot records required. Every dog grooming business that we have been to in Killeen for the last ten years, that means rabies vaccination. That is what we took and were turned away by the owner as it was not enough. The owner was some what rude with us especially when I told her they should be specific on the phone when they require more. Will not cross their threshold again. Went down the road to Wagging Tails and they were exceptionally nice even greeted and hugged our dogs!
