Susan has been cleaning our home in Avon since November. My experience with Susan has been great. When she started, I was on maternity leave. Given that I was home with a newborn, I needed flexibility in the cleaning appointments and Susan was extremely flexible and pleasant to work with. She was very understanding and willing to work with me to find days and times that worked for both of us. As promised, she used green cleaning supplies that were safe for our family, especially our newborn baby. Susan pays special attention to requested areas. She is open to feedback and truly cares about taking good care of your home. Most importantly, we trust her to be in our home. She's a very nice person. I highly recommend Susan.
