Everything about the care and service given by Susan, Andrea, and the care givers is more than excellent; it is loving care. Susan herself cared for my husband during the last days of his life. She was like an angel sent to carry both my husband and me during that time.
The whole process was also professional in all respects. Details and expectations were clear.
I am very grateful that there is a Susan's Home Sweet Home to turn to. I will turn to them again when I need care.

Susan and her staff are the most caring people you could ask for for your loved ones.
Wonderful care and always ready to address the needs, whether it be bathing , cleaning, cooking, transporting to dr appt or just companionship. They really are the best. So blessed we have Susan and her staff.

Thank goodness that I called in Susan's Home Sweet Home. We have such a wonderful relationship with each and every caregiver. Susan, the owner, always has our backs and we never have to worry about not being covered. We need often two caregivers at a time and always around the clock. I honestly can't imagine life without them. They are always upbeat and kind, always capable and understanding and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about about the company, the employeees and really, everyone we have come to know and love from Susan's Home Sweet Home.

I have been working for Susan's Home Sweet Homes for over a year now and would highly recommend working for them and using them as a caregiver service as well. Susan truly cares for her clients and her employees. She searches to find the right match for the family in need and personally trains each employee. You will never find a stranger at your door. We are compassionate, loyal, professional and will go the extra mile to care for each client. I realized how important this need was after caring for two family members with Alzheimer's. I will care for your family member as if it were my family member and so will Susan and her staff.

Susan's Home Sweet Home has been such a blessing to our family. When my dad was diagnosed with ALS, we knew we would need caregivers but we were apprehensive about how they would integrate into our everyday lives. Susan works so hard to find caregivers that not only capable and hard working but also feel like family to us. As ALS progresses, my dad's needs are constantly changing and Susan's Home Sweet Home is always there for us. I cannot day enough wonderful things about Susan and her staff!

Susan's Home Sweet Home is one of the best inhome caretaker service you could ever find. Excellant care, excellant services for my step dad for over 2 yrs. I give them top ratings, for such a great job, excellently done! I now work for their Company, they are so good to me, and I love working for them because they expect the best from you for their clients well being.

As an employee of Susan's Home Sweet Home, we enter each home and care for each client as we would our own family members. Our clients aren't just people we help, they become our friends and our family. Susan personally trains her care givers with each new client and assistants until both the client and the care givers are comfortable with one another. Susan's Home Sweet Home is an amazing organization and I am honored to be a part of it.

As a physician, I have had many encounters over the years with a variety of health care providers. I can firmly state that as care givers, Susan's Home Sweet Home staff is simply excellent in their roles assisting patients. Susan requires a very high level of performance from the staff. Any problems or issues are dealt with immediately. All of the care givers are excellent in what they do as well as being thoughtful and kind in their dealings with patients. They are a joy to deal with. I can recommend Susan's company with no reservation.

When I called Susan's Home Sweet Home, I had fallen a few months prior and due to my hurt back I had completely let my house go. I knew I needed help and my family wanted me to go into assisted living. I did not want to give up my house. Susan and her team came in a rehabbed my house to get it back in working order. It made me feel great - like I had a new start. That allowed me to start to take care of things on my own, while Susan's Home Sweet Home took care of things I still needed help with to keep me independent. My caregiver helps me talk to my doctor about things I needed help to get me feeling better, picks up my groceries, and helps me keep me on track.
Susan is easy to talk to - we relate to each other. She doesn't make me feel embarrassed for things I have done. I trust Susan's Home Sweet Home enough to refer to my closest friends.
