I had hope after hiring them to clean our house, but the day of the cleaning, i was told that there was only going to be 1 person cleaning our large house starting at 2pm. I said i didn't think she could handle it by herself and boy was i right. We got a message that she was done at 5pm and when we returned home, it was not good at all. Most of the dusting wasn't done, upstairs floors weren't done, sinks weren't cleaned, microwave and cook top not cleaned very well, shower and counters weren't cleaned very well, etc. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I told the owner about all these missed issues on Monday and here it is Thursday afternoon and still no return call to fix it or make it right. Will never recommend or use again is an understatement.
