Company said they would be at my house from 3-5. I was getting more then just carpet cleaning. No call.. I called, they said the guy will call when he is on his way. An hour later, I called back. The manager or owner said they guy is all they way in greely, Wont be to my house till around 8PM. She agreed to have him come in the morning at 730. NO SHOW, NO CALL. I called at 9. My house was a mess, furniture all moved. Still no call from the manager or owner. I hired someone else. They dont care to call you or show up when they are supposed to. Very bad service, very bad customer service.
