Not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. I found Renan to be very professional as well as prompt and responsive. I have used Renan for 3 of my homes and he has done an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Renan Oliva is the most unprofessional individual I have met in this industry. No follow up skills. Hires people that are half asleep. I requested proof of insurance and never heard back. Answers the phone with a 'hello' instead of the company name. Something amiss with this company.
