Juana is exceptionally thorough and detailed in her work and has a very caring, pleasant and lovely personality. I tell her which products to use on what surfaces or if I want something done in a specific way and she's always obliged. Sometimes you'll need to cancel/ reschedule, maybe even on a different day than usual and she's always accommodating. She goes above and beyond, she's great!
