I highly recommend Sparkle and Shine Cleaning Service. They do an excellent job and are completely trustworthy, so that I can be away when they are there. They are also very nice people!

I was not given an accurate quote on the phone and after they were half way into the cleaning, told by the other lady (not even the one who quoted me) that it would be an extra 130 dollars more as she is collecting payment from me?!?! I heard one of the women on the phone shortly after paying, and it sounded as if they had another job or something else come up. About 30 minutes later they left in quite a rush. They did not even do a formal walk thru with me. I found they did not do several items downstairs that they had did upstairs and were in such a rush that they even left there vacuum attachment at the top of my stairs. Which by the way they did not vacuum-but you let them tell it they did. We left the next day (to move to Texas with 4 kids and 2 dogs) and I did not have time to call them back and when I did get time to text them about my disappointment and give honest feedback to Barbara's cell, she had an attitude that I was full of crap (so much for customer service). She stated that they had cleaned what I said they didn't, that they were going to do a walk thru but I looked to busy, that they didn't leave in a rush, and that the extra 130 was because I had a little bit of dust from patching up holes. And that therefore is considered "construction clean up" not move out clean up. Needless to say that this small amount of dust was in 1 room only on hard wood floors. And I guess I am the only person who ever had some dust left over after filling holes and dents when moving out. Are you kidding me? It was only after I told her that I was going to make sure to give my review of services that she said she didn't approve of the "slander" and then said she would refund me back 100 dollars. I have used many cleaning companies before and the services were not only subpar but that I was baited and switched with pricing. If a company is going to raise the prices or tell you that the type of service are changing (For whatever reason) they should do so up front with the customer if not on the phone, when they arrive at the home. They also showed up 45 mins late. I am also giving this review to Yelp and Home Advisor. Home Advisor is with whom I got the contact for this service. Normally, I am the type of person who is for praising companies who give me great services and rarely do I take the time to complain about bad service. However, I feel that other people need to be aware of what may happen if they use this business.
