I've noticed each time there was a new crew to come in and clean. Also with each time the quality became unbelievably worse. I also caught a maid looking through my daughter's personal belongings! I brought it to the owner's attention and she became very rude towards me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Jill, I think you may have the wrong Sparkle and Shine Cleaning company. I only have one client with the first name Jill and I spoke to her this evening with the assumption she wrote this review. Jill is extremely happy with our service and has moved from bi weekly to weekly cleans. I pride myself on running a company that is based on honesty and integrity and can assure you any issues that are brought to my attention are handled and addressed the same day. We have never had an incident where one of my employees were looking through peoples personal belongings. All my employees are background checked and have to pass a 10 point drug test. All there references are vetted and past employees called for confirmation that they left on good terms. There are a couple companies in the St. Louis area with a very similar name as my company but again I will assure you this wasn't my company that was in your home.
