This will be long.. i booked this service for a deep clean. They sent me the link via text message to decide what all needs to be cleaned. I selected what i needed and told them what i didnt need(i told them i didnt want my bedroom done at first) the quote with the booking came to $170, they called me after to confirm everything... still at $170. I called them a few days later saying hey i want to add my bedroom, they told me it would be $180. I said ok thats fine. Today comes- first my cleaning person was 15min late. Then my cleaner said there was a miscommunication with something what needed to be cleaned(my bedroom and basement, and half bathroom??) i called the company l(spoke to a Carissa) and said i called a couple days ago wanting to add my bedroom, i dont have a half bathroom or a basement... i stay in a one bedroom apt. They said ok sorry no one updated it will be $180(screenshots will be included). The cleaner started in the kitchen. A few min later Carissa calls me and says she quoted me wrong and it will be $220 for the deep clean. I told her i dont feel comfortable moving fwd and thats not on me. I would like the cleaner to stop. Carissa stated she will contact the cleaner to see all shes done. She calls the cleaner and the cleaner steps outside of my apartment to talk on her phone. Im waiting, i texted the company saying i will be leaving a review and asked how much it will be for the cleaner wiping off my counter bc thats all she did. The cleaner comes back in grabs her things and leaves my apartment. Carissa calls me back saying shes very sorry for quoting me wrong and she knows how she would feel if someone did that to her and she can do everything for $195. I told her the cleaner left, she said no the cleaner is waiting in the car for my instructions. So i told her ok $195 is good. 15min goes by, the cleaner is still not up here. I texted the company asking if shes coming back, carissa calls me and says the cleaner doesnt feel comfortable coming back, she said "you did something to make her feel uncomfortable". I was in shock bc what did I do?!? I barely said 5 words to the girl. Carissa offered to have someone else come to do it for possibly today or tomorrow. I said ok thats fine but then i thought about it and told her nvm this was all very unprofessional and i no longer trust anyone from the company in my home. She told me it would be a $50 cancellation fee and $40 for the cleaner wiping my counters. I called my bank to handle everything, then got a text notification from my bank saying a $90 fee was declined bc they tried to charge me for the cancellation and cleaning counters. They will not be seeing a dime of my money. I have screenshots and recordings of our conversations. I do that with every new company I decide to use bc of past experiences. This was just so bad and I'm glad I documented everything.
