I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the kennels and lobby floor. Because I have used them prior a few years ago, I thought maybe they had a situation when I dropped my mom's dog off. But when I picked him up, same thing and her dog was filthy as well as his pet bed. Immediately bathed him and his bed. I will not be back nor will I recommend them. Guy seemed nice and good to Mom's dog, just dirty condition.
