This place is very rude and insulting when calling to try and set up services the woman in the office that answered the phone actually had the nerve to ask my friend if her disability was developmental disabilities when she answered yes the woman asked her with an attitude, Well is your disability unable to grow up?.... Now seeing there ratings and hearing them on the phone please don't waste your time with even calling them.

I wouldn't recommend anyone from this organization to care for my loved ones. Incompetent owner & caregivers, they don't take accountability for anything. They are beyond irresponsible. As you can see, they have a 1 star review prior to my review. Always running late and nothing but excuses. Not worth your time, money or terrible care.

They are running a scam. I called to report a scam and she then called the 2 individuals and told them I had called. The scam involves a caretaker and a fake patient. The caretaker has been to this house 1 time this past Saturday for an hour to hang out and pretend like she is caring for patient. (Patient drove to get provider) I have lived here since October 2022 I saw provider 1st time last week when she dropped off the fake patients cut in the scam. Patient quit her job at Uhaul end of last year because they took her food stamps. Who needs home care if you can work? I have videos of the patient not @ home during her caretaking hours. The provider clocks in using a Santax sign in then she clocks out after her time is up. At the end of the month the provider splits the earnings with the fake patient. I now see that the person I talked to with this business is also in on the scam. How sad to do this when there are people who actually need care!
