My family chose to hire Sheraton due to its competitive rates, response time, and professional reputation providing home care to my co-worker's mom in 2011. In 2015, I reached out to Sheraton as my father's care required support in the home after a heart attack which resulted in significant changes to his independance and ability to live at home without help. With no experience in hiring an agency to care for my loved one in their house, I was overwhelmed. When I met the owner of the agency, she was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the process of a 24hr caregiver living in my parents home. She gave me the piece of mind-engaging their services. Our wonderful caregiver John is a hero. Sheraton is a top rated home care company all the staff is so responsive and compassionate.

Excellent care, with so many care needs that my mom had I was uncertain if we where going to find a agency that could assist us. The onwer was excellent, she understood exactly what we needed.
