This company is poorly run. The owner does not believe in being on time and their staff is a reflection of it. Staff doesn't show up for work and the owner doesn't check to see if there staff reports for their assignment. Our father was left alone (who is disabled and must take certain meds) because no aide showed up for work. The owner didnt show up either as a backup and a family member had to call off work to care for our father. This company seems not to take serious their roles and responsibilities. There is no accountability. This is government funded money not put in to the purpose of servicing the senoirs. This company will be reported to the state government regarding this matter. We must save and support our seniors who is entitled to service.
