Shalon has been a tremendous help to my father, who needs 24/7 help. She is great at dealing with his physical needs and also his mental difficulties. She is very observant and thoughtful in her care and can get him to cooperate using a positive and cheerful approach. Her knowledge, wisdom and kindness have helped him stay at home instead of going to a nursing home, which we all appreciate very much.

Shalon truly puts the care in caring. She has been an exceptional caregiver for my father when he came home from a nursing facility. As a RN, I am constantly impressed by her work ethic and genuine concern for my father's well being. I highly recommend her to others as she is a true professional.
