Carrie groomed my five year old rescued Shepherd, Gypsy who is very fearful and anxious of new people and places. Carrie took the time to learn about Gypsy's background and was great with her. I was very pleased with how soft Gypsy was when I picked her up, but more importantly I was amazed to see how Gypsy interacted with Carrie. Shadow's will be my groomer of choice moving forward.

Carrie gave our Persian, "Diva" a beautiful cut, the best she's ever had, and she did it patiently and professionally...no easy task! Our daughter's pitty spent her first time away from her owners with Carrie over 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. We've been to pet places that are fairly good at what they do, but Carrie has a true gift with all animals. A real find! She receives my highest recommendation!
