My program, based on the Social Model of Care begins by creating a tailored recreation and socialization plan based on your loved one's interests, needs and abilities. That plan is the focal point of the session. My visits are truly whole person-centered as I am a trained COVID-19 Nursing Assistant and can assist with activities of daily living when needed. I have worked with older adults in a variety of settings including adult day care, senior living and at the community level in a senior center. Other certifications include: Certified Dementia Practitioner and Adult First Aid and CPR.
