Savannah Mason At The Ybor Art Colony

Hello and Welcome to my art studio at the Ybor Art Colony!

I am interested in transferring my passion for art to others through my work as a childcare provider. I love to paint and draw, and if I can use my knowledge and talent to inspire others to seekfulfillment in fine art, then I am in turn fulfilled. I worked for the a public school system's Out-of-School Time (HOST) Program as a childcare coordinator, and while working for our education system, I learned the value of discipline and motivation towards children. I learned the importance of multi-tasking, and managing multiple students. My duties involved food preparation, assisting students with homework, developing creative art projects, and creating a safe environment for play time. Since working for my community, I have developed and maintained a positive attitude throughout my work experience with children. My art studio and classroom is located at the Ybor Art Colony (YAC), and is made up of a group of working professional and contemporary studio artists in the heart of Historic Ybor City-Tampa.
