Sara Cottle has worked for our family for 1 year, 8 months.
She is an "extra mile" employee!! She has changed our daughter's life so much! Sara helps Christa with her medications. She fixes nutritious and delicious meals two to three times a week and teaches Christa to eat in a healthy way. She helps Christa exercise. Sara helps Christa clean her apartment each week. Sara takes Christa places like to doctor and counselor appointments, shopping, and wherever Christa needs help to go, Sara has helped Christa learn life skills and gain self confidence and made it fun at the same time.
Sara has an enthusiasm for life that is very contagious! She is a hard worker. Her positive attitude gives Christa courage and hope for a better life. She has also made our lives much better as parents by helping us take care of our daughter. But the best thing about Sara is that she genuinely loves our daughter and is a true friend. She is a 6 star employee!!

Anna James worked as a Program Director directly under me for five years, Clinical Director, at a dual diagnosis treatment center in Malibu California. Anna handled day to day client issues, program management, staff evaluations, staff supervision, operations and Human Resources as well as employee files and licensing issues.
