Services include a full evaluation of the home environment including recommendations for modifications or equipment to maximize safety. PT and OT may recommend exercises or activities for strengthening and balance to reduce the risk of falls. Additional services include: certified CNA's/HHA's for home care and/or personal care including overnight care-all CPR certified; certified massage therapist; certified MAP(medication administration program) caregiver to administer medications if needed.
