I was really nervous about my first time using someone I'd met on Rover, but it was obvious she loves caring for dogs, and they took to her immediately (not always the case with mine). Heather was amazing! She was super nice and very responsive, and hit it off with our dog Hope right away. Hope can be a huge pain on walks because she likes to chase things, but we felt comfortable with Heather because she mentioned that she walks several other strong dogs who are similarly inclined :). The house was clean we got home, and Heather even washed our sheets and remade the bed because she knew we were getting in late, which was completely unnecessary but incredibly appreciated!

Heather has been amazing for the last 6 months of walking for us! Unfortunately we had to move for work, but she was always extremely reliable and flexible and was always able to meet our needs to take care of our dog, Emma. Heather is a fabulous dog sitter who really wants to make sure your pup feels comfortable. At our meet and greet, Heather asked plenty of questions to best understand our dog's preferences and schedule. While we were away she gave us lots updates with pictures to show that Pooka, our pup, was happy and comfortable while we were away. When we got back, Pooka seemed quite at home with Heather so we know he must've had a good time!

This was my first time using Heather to drop-in on my pup. I was pleased she was available and able fit me into her schedule last minute. Heather communicated when she arrived/left and responded to my updates about how my pup would react due to the storms and what to watch out for. She is friendly &professional and sent me cute pictures of my pup. I was happy she used his harness so he wouldn't pull too much for her. She clearly takes initiative. Heather has been an amazing and reliable dog walker! Murphy absolutely loves his visits with her! When I had a trip out of town, I never had to stress about leaving Murphy with someone I didn't trust! Heather stayed at my home while I was gone and gave Murphy plenty of love and attention. I have always been very particular of who I trust watching my dogs and Heather is someone I feel comfortable intrusting my dogs to. My dogs both loved her and I could tell she had experience and would have no problem with Dee Dee and Kane.
