No stars! This place is awful! It's dirty and not properly equipped. When I visited my grandmother they didn't even stock toilet paper or towels in the guest bathroom. Aside from the facility being awful they dropped my grandma, left her in a recliner to sleep all night, and didn't tend to her at night when she called for help.
