The owner of the local Whitehall business is evil and mean spirited. He let his ego get in the way of caring for a disabled person - a person he met and promised to help. This man should never be involved in personal care services because he really only does things his way - or as he impolitely told me - the highway. He is a mean spirited person.

We tried our best to match caregivers for this client but were unsuccessful. We were honest and upfront with the client that we thought it best that they partner with another agency as the requirements of their care were beyond the scope of our staff's abilities. When we made this request the family took it the wrong way (they got upset), but we were trying to do the right thing as there are many great agencies that provide care and we wanted them to find the best partner.

The managing personnel of Right at Home were courteous, kind, and extremely helpful in handling most of the paperwork involved with insurance at a time when I did not need one more problem or task to deal with. They were available and reliable under all circumstances. The CNAs they provided to us were very competent, well-trained, warm and caring. They were pro-active in their care and offered a great deal of encouragement both to my ill husband and to me, who had taken on caregiving duties.

Right at Home is a fantastic organization that cares about their clients and the families of those they serve. Their staff is polite, prompt and willing to do whatever it takes to allow my Mother to stay in her home.
I was steered to Right at Home when another care service dropped my Mother at the last minute because they didn't have staffing. Ben from Right at Home made sure my Mother would have care immediately.
Here is an example of their commitment to their clients. When the big snowstorm hit in January of 2016, and roads were almost impassible and people were hesitant about leaving their homes, Ben Aydin volunteered himself to drive his own 4x4 to get an aide to care for my Mother. In all the days of bad weather my Mother only missed 3 hours of care. Our family had a back up plan in case the weather was bad, but Ben and his team took complete control of the situation and assisted my Mother. I cannot say enought wonderful things about this compasionate group of people.
