Restoration Health Care Inc. has been taking care of elderly in the communities through (Mass Health HBCS Program and Private pay) as Adult Companion, PCA, Home Health Aide , Supportive Home Care Aide and skilled nursing As we provide services to individuals within the community, our Adult Companions,Home Maker, PCA and Home health aide assists patient with activities of daily living , performs care of basic housekeeping, prepare meals , remind clients to take their medication as needed or as instructed by the Doctor, help clients engage in activities of interest , and other social events that might be of use to the clients, prepare meals and according to diet plan if there is any, taking clients shopping at the designated day by family, Nurse or preferred by the client, groceries, transportation to Doctor's office, and run other personal matters as proved by the supervisor. Restoration Health Care has 45 full time staff and 37 part time staff.
At time of admission , each patient will receive written information about the hours that care and services are available and how to obtain care after hours.
Agency office hours
are 9am to 5pm. Monday through Friday. A RN is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Contact can be made by phone or answering service via the on- call system. At time of admission, patients will be informed of the on- call system.

The use of constantly being on the phone, is the best way to describe the lack of communication with the aide and failure to understand Diabetes and to understand the danger of my blood sugar dropping to 59. The cashier at the Supermarket picked up the signs and helped me as the aide was walking around the store talking on the phone.

Restoration Health Care did such an amazing job taking care of my 89 year old dad. The caretakers were kind, compassionate and so professional. They would tell me when they were concerned about my dad and relay information to his doctor when necessary. They became like family! I cannot say enough about this organization. I am grateful for all that this company does!

I've been a RN for close to 30 years, work full-time and was really impressed by the professionalism, competency and true compassion of the staff employed by Restoration Health Care.
When I was told that I had 24 hours to bring my elderly demented mother home from the SNF(skilled nursing facility) and provide 24/7 care I was distraught. I called many agencies who were unavailable to provide care for at least a week.
Thankfully, Home Restoration Health Care came to my rescue. They sent a very professional, proficient and caring nurse the next day to get the intake information
who immediately set up my mothers care schedule.
I was amazed at the level of expertise of the nursing care assistant that was sent to care for my mother. She was very proactive and not afraid to provide hands on care showering my mother. She was also very respectful and had an understanding of how difficult it is for the elderly to accept help.
Moreover, their fee was much less than other health care providers which was a huge relief.
Once again, I must reinforce how grateful and satisfied I am with the competency, proficiency, and compassion of the staff at Restoration Health Care
