Most of the workers are great, but management is very poor. You can get assigned help at a time when you need it, but too many times, management reassigns them on short or no notice, and you are left with no help and no time to get some other help. My elderly friend has missed a birthday party, a funeral for a friend, among other things because of that. The workers haven't liked being reassigned because most of them are loyal and responsible, but not management. It is stressful never knowing for sure if help will arrive or not. Just check rescare at www.glassdoor.com and many workers at rescare relate how they don't approve of management.

I work for Rescare and I hate going to work. They treat their employees like crap. I have heard and seen some ill treatment towards care staff that is out right wrong. The former Branch Manger holds people checks ,but tell them it's in the mail or that their time sheets were not submitted on time however it's in her draw.
