Listen to the people saying Rebecca is a con artist-- it's true.

She came two hours late because of this and that. Then she said actually she had to charge an extra $50 from what we agreed on since I had a cat--which she knew about from before because one thing I asked her to clean was the cat tree-- but she forgot to figure it in the price she originally gave so she'd only charge an extra $25 instead of an extra $50. How generous. I just wanted it done so I said fine.

She cleaned for a while then said she was too tired to do the floors, but made it like everything else had been done, so I said okay I would do the floors myself. We agreed on a new price because of that, then she left (my mistake to pay before inspecting), and when I looked she hadn't done the biggest items we'd agreed on, which was the fridge, the cat tree (which she even said she had a special tool she would bring for), and the tub (in addition to the floors).

Even the things she did clean, which wasn't much at the end, weren't done well, like leaving soap scum on the shower door and not cleaning the soap holders, even after in the consultation I very specifically asked for those. In a text message follow-up she tried to argue that wasn't in the deal, when it absolutely was. Other things were shoddy, like I asked her to clean the kitchen cabinets including the shelves and she just did the very front part, not really cleaning them except for what you see right when you open them. She did manage to do the kitchen floor but it's sticky, even wearing socks, fromleftover cleaner.

So at the end of the day I paid 80% of the price we'd originally agreed on even though she only did like 30% of what we agreed on, leaving the biggest things and only doing the smaller things, and not doing those things very well. The whole reason I wanted to hire a cleaner (my first time ever) was because I was out of time to do the more deep cleaning I needed to do before a guest visit. What I got was the regular old surface cleaning I could have just done (and usually do) myself.

Avoid Rebecca and use someone honest.

Rebecca Cleaning Services are amazing! My windows, blinds, shower, light fixtures, all look fantastic! We will definitely be contacting her for our deep cleaning needs in the future.

Zero stars! This lady is a complete fraud. I paid her in full for services to my rental house. She did half the work and claimed she'd be back to finish and now she will not return my calls or texts. Do not use her. FRAUD! SCAM!

This is in regards to the review from Laffy. I am Rebecca of Rebecca's Cleaning Service and the whole review is incorrect. I am surely no SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I'm not sure why or if this review has mistakenly written this about my service possibly some other number or business. Just making sure no one is misled by the review. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! They only want your CREDIT CARD over the phone, just to clean your carpet. Two different people show not fit to clean carpets, with NO tools or a work truck to clean anything. The guy she sent out look around but, he talked to me about things that had nothing to do with my carpet are the stains. When I told Rebecca that I will pay him cash here or a check, she insisted that I have to pay with my credit card. I told her no, ill just pay him when he gets here. She said no to me about three times. That's when Rebecca said to me, then we can not do the job. She says she lives in Washington State, but uses a local number. I reported this to the police
