After confirmation of set time and vehicle needed, they still arrived late and with the wrong vehicle. I have e-mails and phone records to prove everything. They won't even try to make good on their company's mistake. I didn't ask for 100% refund I asked for some kind of adjustment since they charge hourly and arrived late and with the wrong vehicle. I would stay far away. Not professional or on time and charge hourly then want to charge more then agreed. Make sure EVERYTHING is in an email to and from them! Contacting AMEX and going to fight this. Absolutely horrible, 3 hours late to a wedding! Not only did I pay hourly for this company I paid hourly for other vendors as well. I entrusted this company on a special day and all they have the nerve to say is sorry it's your fault. MY FAULT but I have all the emails with the details. When a company can't write a proper email you know it's time to run.
