Nice on phone. Very poor delivery of promised times of service. Use at own risk. I sent message asking for service to several local services. Barry was quick to call me. After discussing needs he offered next day service which is what we needed. Lady voice in back ground asked how much time would I need to be notified to meet and open property. I said just 30 -45 min. Day of service did not get call by noon so I went to open property and waited. Sent text asking for estimate time. Received call from worker saying they didn't know they were booked and would look to see if they could still come or look for another worker. Then called saying could be another 2 hours (Now aprox 5 to 5:30) and gave me price for "just refresh" $150. Then later Barry called my wife saying it would be another $75 for after hours so we agreed to make it the next morning. Then today canceled because "worker called off". Wish them well however w will go elsewhere for this type of service
