She did a GREAT job !!! My Malti Mix looks great and I had No problems with the staff !! She told me about her being overweight and gave me helpful advice..I will continue going !!!

I brought my shih Tzu to get groomed......it is like a factory....the dogs are passed around from one person to the next......
Elaine, the groomer I requested and wanted to cut my dog......passed my dog to another groomer.....I gave specific instructions as to how I wanted to dog to be cut before I left.......
I spent $60 for the groom and when I got my shih Tzu back I was not happy......my dog got nicked numerous times in both ears by Debbie (the one who actually groomed her).... I asked Elaine to fix the haircut to the way we discussed it would turn out and got told NO......
when I got home, I called Elaine to discuss what I was unhappy about and asked her for 10 minutes of her time the next morning to fix the problems.......and she hung up the phone on me.....RUDE!!
before I brought the dog in to get groomed Elaine guaranteed me that they have dealt with many dogs who do not stay still for their faces to be cut....my dog would be "no problem"......apparently that was not the case.....and puppy love does not have the talent to handle all different types of dogs....
I will never go back there again!!
